Waitakere Foot Podiatry are leading Podiatrists in Auckland. With 3 full-time clinics in West Auckland & 4 satellite branches, we are looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join our dynamic, continually growing team!

We are currently seeking a motivated, friendly individual to fill this full time (30 – 40hrs p/wk) position at our busy Podiatry Clinic in New Lynn. Located at Totara Health, you will be the face of our New Lynn branch and be responsible for greeting patients, booking appointments and taking payments. Other administrative tasks will be introduced once you become more confident with our computer system. An excellent phone manner and experience with computers is a must. A background in admin would be preferred.

The successful applicant will have the following:

• Be well presented and sociable, relating well to people of all ages & backgrounds
• Excellent phone manner and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Be well organised, and have a high level of motivation and initiative with great attention to detail
